Your free consultation call is a 20 minute chat on the phone to help me understand what you’d like to achieve through personal training. I’ll ask you about your goals, your experience with exercise, what you enjoy, what you don’t like so much and any barriers you feel are preventing you from achieving what you want. Likewise, I encourage you to ask any questions that you might so that you can make an informed choice about whether we’re the right fit to train together.

After your call, I will send you a personalised quote based on the information you’ve shared, along with a booking link if you’d like to go ahead. There is no obligation whatsoever. I don’t believe in hard selling. I won’t pester you with follow-up calls. Just an informal chat for us to both say ‘hello’ and find out some more information.
