‘‘My purpose is to help you discover the physical and mental health benefits that come from movement and fitness’’

About me

I started my fitness journey at the age of 16, determined to make a change, and take control of a number of chronic respiratory diagnoses.

I was going to write my own story.

I took up running, gradually improving my endurance and completed a number of half marathons. This transformed my health, both physically and mentally and ignited my passion for fitness.

My nature in wanting to help others combined with a new found thirst for knowledge in the fitness industry led me to pursue a degree in Physiotherapy specialising in the management of a multitude of musculoskeletal injuries.

Fast forward a few years and I discovered the power of group exercise in transforming peoples lives through community, positivity and making exercise fun.

In 2021, I combined my love for helping people and fitness and qualified as a Les Mills Bodypump instructor. Naturally, the next step for me was to persue personal training and have that impact on others lives on a one-to-one basis.

I’m a firm believer in measuring what you can do, how much you can lift, how far you can run and how you feel, mentally, physically and emotionally.

I am on a mission to combine my knowledge and passion to make the world of fitness less intimidating, more accessible and dispel the myths. It will never be about punishment or restriction, it needs to start with love for yourself.

And I hope you’ll start here, with me.

Be your own best friend.
