As both a specialist musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Personal Trainer, I offer a unique approach to fitness that combines an in-depth knowledge of the body, injury recovery, and movement mechanics with expert exercise programming.

Many people hesitate to start their fitness journey because of past injuries, or the fear of getting hurt – but working with a trainer who understands both fitness and rehabilitation means you're in the safest hands possible.

Personal training

One-to-one personal training to help you meet your fitness goals. Appointments last one hour and take place in a small, private gym in Newbury Town Centre. No membership needed.

Group classes

Discover the power - and fun - of group exercise! Enjoy a full body workout with a mix of stretching, cardio and body conditioning with plenty of music to and coaching to keep you motivated!
